The minimum age to enroll on the TDI Advanced Trimix Instructor course is 21, you should already be certified as TDI Extended Range Instructor or TDI Trimix Instructor or equivalent, hold a current CPR and first aid certification. Minimum certification of TTDI Advanced Trimix Diver or equivalent. Provide proof of 250 logged dives, of which 30 must be Trimix dives, and 20 of which deeper than 55 meters.
Who this course is for
Allowing dives to a maximum of 100 meters and utilizing custom helium, nitrogen and oxygen mixes, the TDI Advanced Trimix Instructor Course is the crowning achievement for technical instructors. During the course, the instructor candidate studies a well-rounded curriculum and completes four training dives to demonstrate mastery of advanced trimix skills.
What you can expect
The program is flexible, but typically we run this course over two full days, you will participate in equipment assembly and configuration workshops, and at least three open water dives in full technical configuration.

This course is not supported by e-learning, all required course materials will be available to you upon booking your program.

The course fee does not include helium costs for you or the instructor trainer, each student will pay their own gas costs, plus a share of the instructor trainers.
All participants need to be medically fit for diving, to determine this please read, and follow the instructions on the Diver Medical Form. If it highlights a condition you have that requires medical approval you will need this prior to going in the water. We recommend you do this prior to your arrival in Moalboal. We can arrange a visit to the doctor here, but facilities may not be to the same standard where you are from. You can find the form here.
