PADI Gas Blender

Course Prerequisites 

To sign up for the PADI Gas Blender course you will need to have completed your Enriched Air diver class successfully, and be at least 18 years of age.

Who this course is for

You might be a dive center employee looking to take on more responsibilities, or a technical diver who would like to participate in blending your own gasses.

What you can expect

You will learn not only how to blend enriched air and trimix blends, but gain some experience on the machines use to do so, compressors, boosters, continuous flow mixers and more. We train you to bring oxygen compatible materials up to oxygen service states, and a bit of administration related to gas blending.

There are some materials for you to enjoy which are included in your course fee, these will be issued to you on arrival. All required equipment is included in the course fee, please just bring any items needed to remain comfortable, such as a towel, change of clothes and sun protection. If you would like to purchase equipment from us for use during your course please let us know when making your booking, we can have that ready for you on arrival, see our store for available dive equipment.

All participants need to be medically fit for diving, to determine this please read, and follow the instructions on the Diver Medical Form. If it highlights a condition you have that requires medical approval you will need this prior to going in the water. We recommend you do this prior to your arrival in Moalboal. We can arrange a visit to the doctor here, but facilities may not be to the same standard where you are from. You can find the form here.
