The PADI Divemaster course is your first step as a PADI professional scuba diver, an incredible qualification that opens the door to some very exciting job opportunities, in some of the most breath-taking parts of the world, it is your chance to make a living from something you love doing!
During this course, your time will be divided between classroom (with a pretty stunning view!), in-water skills development, hands on experience assisting instructors with PADI course, and guiding dives, no two days are the same. This course is suitable for certified rescue divers with a valid EFR (or similar) cert, if you are lacking any of these let us know, we can create a training package just for you.
Your course fee includes all diving, time with your instructor and materials, if you have the materials already let us know and the price will be adjusted. Not included are your equipment and PADI fees. We find at this level most divers have their own equipment already, or would like to purchase it for the course, if you prefer to rent it from us this is not a problem, add 1500 PHP per week. As this is a professional qualification the PADI fees relating to this are membership fees, you pay for this once at the end of the course, and then once every year, at the time of writing the fee was $220 Australian dollars.
For the course, our base is Cebu Seaview Dive resort, this is where the pool training, practical skills and classroom work are conducted, and the departure point for all of our dives. On site there is parking, changing facilities, a storage area for your belongings, and a restaurant where you can relax between training sessions.
If this date doesn’t suit you there are more scheduled, you can also ask us about availability if you have a particular date in mind. The course is one month duration, it can be done as one continuous course, or if you prefer to work part time let us know your availability and we can create a program just for you.
